Tweet Kargil, Sep 28 (ANI): Two hundred and four kilometers from Srinagar lies the district of Kargil, spread over inaccessible mountainous terrain of the western Ladakh region. This district spends six months of extreme winter weather in isolation. Survival being the only question on their mind, people here spend most of their time preparing for the tough winter days in the six summer months.
